christmas....a year later

It sure feels like Christmas was so long ago, and I'm barely getting around to posting pictures today! Here we are Christmas Eve at my parent's house. We had a wonderful dinner, activities and games. It was a really good Christmas and Sadie is already preparing a list for Santa for next year.

tub art

Sadie got some bathtub crayons for her birthday. This is some of the art she has created.
Grandpa Kim when he was a baby!
Grandma Cynthia with the point on her head (Sadie said it not me!)
Daddy Andrew, Mommy and Sadie

The whole family. I love the way she draws people. I'm so thankful she is finally drawing them with happy faces, it has been almost a year since she has done that.

Sadie's 4th birthday

Sadie is now 4 and considers herself a "big kid." Now that she is four she says she can cut things all by herself, she can play Wii all by herself, and wear make up! Never can go wrong with a Princess present for Sadie!! Unless she already has what you got her and then she will tell you that is a no no...sorry Sara, that was really embarrassing. She really does like her present and thinks it is fun to have two Sleeping Beauties because they are sisters!
Bathtub wand that turns the water different colors. No more fighting her to get in the tub!
I attempted to make her a crown cake. It all worked okay except for her name. Better luck next time.

ooh la la!..french for "Look! How wonderful!"

Sadie turned four a few weeks ago. For her party we had a Posh Princess party at a spa in Spanish Fork. Their party room had a big runway and lots of dress-ups to use.
First thing they did was get their hair done in a fancy up-do!
Next came finger nail polish and glitter make up.
Dressing up......
posing!
The cutest thing was the little tea party. They had pink hot chocolate with whipping cream and cute pink cupcakes.
Here they are at the end of the runway. We were the last party scheduled that day so the girls got to stay as long as they wanted and dress up and play. It was funny how all of them knew how to walk a runway, strutting their stuff. It was such a fun party and Sadie has requested that we go there again soon.
